Hi, I must install my mods with manual installation, I make all modifications, but when i go to active "arcadeinstall/install_main.php" this have an error:


Error: Cannot install - please run arcadeinstall/index.php instead

And this file DOESNT EXISTS! I have looking for 5 HOURS but I don't solve my problem.

Pls, help!

Maybe a dumb question, but why do you have to install manually? 

What exact version of SMF are you running, and what version of the arcade are you trying to install please.

Im running smf 2.0 final, and i install SMF_Arcade_2.5_RC1_Public

I cant use automatic installator  because my host want that i change permissions, and i must use the manual installation

Changing your permissions should not be a problem. Just use FTP to change them.

You are using outdated versions for SMF and the arcade. However, to manually install the arcade look at the following link and use RC3 to parse it.

Where do I download an updated version?

Actually, that is the last version that Niko released.

You can try Underdog's version which will work with SMF 2.0.2.
